How we can help…
We offer a range of Homecare Services, available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Services include help with personal care, meal preparation, companionship, household tasks and shopping.
We also provide support for people who have more specialist requirements including 24 hour assistance or night sitting services.
Not only do we offer assistance to you or your loved ones we can also provide a Respite Sitting Service to enable people caring for a relative or friend on a full time basis to have regular planned breaks and recharge their batteries.
Planning your care…
As a client you will have a dedicated member of staff who is responsible for completing an initial assessment and agreeing what services we deliver to you, when and how. You will receive a copy of the agreed Service Delivery Plan in your Home file, which will include information on how you can contact us 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year including in an emergency.
Your dedicated Client Officer is available at the end of the telephone at all times. They will monitor what your carers are doing for you and will come back to see you in person to talk about how things are going and to see if you need us to make any changes to the way we are working with you.
Safety for you and your loved ones…
We also know that you want to receive your service on time. We have an Electronic Call Monitoring system in place that enables us to track where our carers are at all times. As extra security for you the system sends active alerts to call monitoring screens located at our Head Office if a carer has not arrived at your home within a specified time.
